Before moving to Los Angles, Arash lived in Dubai, where he studied computer science at the University of Wollongong. After moving to Los Angeles, he obtained his B.A. in Economics from California State University Northridge, where he received the award of Milton Friedman Distinction in Study of Economics.
Arash received his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he graduated cum laude, with Order of Coif honors. During his tenure in law school, he was also named recipient of Ahmanson scholarship. In addition to being licensed to practice before all the courts in California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California, he is also licensed to practice before all the courts in Ohio state. He is a member of National Police Accountability Project and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
